RYT200 Refund and Transfer Policies

Refunds

• A full refund, less $350.00 Program Registration Fee and all Payment Processing Fees for Full Advance Prepay Options and Payment Plans is offered up to 45 days in advance of the first day of a full training program.
• A full refund, less $350.00 Program Registration Fee, a $290.00 Administrative Fee and all Payment Processing Fees for Full Advance Prepay Options and Payment Plans is offered up to 3 weeks in advance of the first day of a full training program.
• A 50% refund Full Advance Prepay Options is offered up to 48 hours in advance of the first day of a full training program, less the same registration and administrative fees and all payment processing fees as noted above. For Payment Plans, 50% of your full expected payment when making all payments less the same registration, administrative and payment processing fees is offered up to 48 hours in advance of the first full day of training
• All refund requests must be received in writing by email in the time period noted above. No refunds are issued within 48 hours of the start of training
• Payments for all individual modules are non-refundable. However, they are transferable and incur the additional transfer fees, as noted below.

Transfers

• A non-refundable Program Registration Fee of $350.00 is included in the full training program price. This fee is transferable within the same calendar year.
• Transfers to another module incur a $25 fee if requested 15 days prior to training. All transfers within 14 days of scheduled training will incur a $100 transfer fee.
• Transfers due to emergencies may be offered fee-free on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

If any program is cancelled by Yoga Legacy due to low enrollment, payment may be transferred to another program or a full refund will be issued upon request.

Please note: Training payment processing fees will be the responsibility of the trainee, and deducted from any refund issued.
