Yoga Legacy Home/Independent Study Program
100 Hour Home Study
For those interested in teaching Yoga but cannot physically attend training. The Home Study program allows the student to study at home the basic protocols of Yoga. The Home study program will allow the student to obtain a 100 non-contact hour certificate. To graduate, the student will be required to submit five (5) written formats of classes they have taught to others (friends, family, co-workers, etc.) for review of proper class formatting and content (feedback will be given), write a summary of book assigned as part of home study, write a summary of handout(s) shared during home study, pass a written exam, and submit a video of trainee teaching a class at the end of training for review. A 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Independent Study Certificate will be sent via PDF to the trainee upon successful completion of all Program requirements. Trainee may purchase a hard copy Certificate if desired.

200 Hour Home Study
For those that cannot physically attend training and wish to obtain the full 200 Hour Independent Study Teacher certificate, we offer our Premium 200 Hour Home Study Program. For graduation the student will be required to submit 10 written formats of classes they have taught to others (friends, family, co-workers, etc.) for review of proper class formatting and content (feedback will be given), write a summary of book assigned as part of home study, write a summary of handout(s) shared during home study, pass a written exam, write a research paper on approved topic or from our pre-approved list, write a book report on approved book or from pre-approved reading list, and submit a video of trainee teaching a class at the end of training for review. Trainee may submit up to 3 video classes for review if desired. A 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Independent Study Certificate will be sent via PDF to the trainee upon successful completion of all Program requirements. Trainee may purchase a hard copy Certificate if desired.
