Modules over a period of 2 days.
Classes are held in a location convenient to Raleigh, Cary, Apex and the RTP area of North Carolina.
In just 18 hours of our Basic Yoga Teacher Training, you will learn what Yoga is all about,
the benefits, and how to properly execute 26 basic poses.
For those interested in our 245 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program we offer an
18 day intensive or you may persue your certification one 18 hour contact Module
at a time at your own pace, Saturdays only or Weekends.
