Pat has been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years with experience and training in most types of Yoga as well as Pilates.  Pat has developed and teaches many specialty programs including Senior Yoga, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, Mommy & Baby Yoga, Chair Yoga, Water (Aqua) Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Teen Yoga, Core Yoga, Restorative/Gentle Yoga and Hatha Yoga.  Pat appreciates the flexibility of yoga which allows for adaptation to each individual’s beliefs and lifestyle rather than changing the individual to suit Yoga.  Pat is the Director of the Yoga Program at Pure Body Fitness in Cary, NC.  Pat is an RYT/E-RYT.

Kaye initially trained in Hatha Yoga, continued to pursue additional training in various styles of Yoga, with specialty training and studies in Yoga with the Senior population.  Kaye has developed and teaches many specialty programs including Senior Yoga (both Mat and Chair based), Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, Water (Aqua) Yoga, and various intensity levels of Yoga.  Kaye respects the wisdom imparted by the ancient yogis while embracing the free thinking mindset that was a common trait in these great masters.  Kaye is an RYT/E-RYT.

Kari is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a Yoga Instructor with training in Vinyasa, and is also a Pilates instructor.  She teaches various levels of Yoga in addition to Children, Senior, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga.  With her academic background in health science, she recognizes the benefits in her approach to the practice of Yoga as a complete health system. Kari is an RYT.

Janhavi, who practiced Yoga on a daily basis during her childhood, has come to find a deeper understanding, appreciation and necessity for Yoga in today's world.  She teaches Pilates and Yoga for specialty groups such as Children, Athletes, Seniors (chair and mat) as well as Prenatal and Mom-and-Baby.  Janhavi finds Yoga to be the common link in all aspects of day-to-day life: physical fitness, emotional well-being, and balanced diet, and wishes to pass on the beneficial effects of relaxation.  She is an RYT.
Katy stumbled upon Yoga nine years ago, as the result of a high-school athletic injury; and found it to be an empowering and joyous experience that’s just too good to miss.  She teaches with the belief that a consistent, individualized and nurturing practice can create a perpetual and graceful blossoming of our whole being. Katy has experience with and enjoys instructing Senior Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Fusion.  She now teaches and practices in Durango, Colorado and is an RYT.
Jade has been practicing yoga for years but it was after finding vinyasa yoga in 2003 that she really fell in love.  Discovering the amazing power of linking breath and movement continues to be a transformative experience.  She deepened this experience by completing 285 hours of teacher training in 9 months in 2009.  Jade’s mantra is Have Fun, tempered by the knowledge that having fun relies far more on how she guides her mind than the task she's engaged in.  Jade’s teachings are infused with humor and playfulness that are an essential part of getting out of the mind and into the body.  Gratitude for the many gifts that yoga has given her to inspires her to teach.
