REFUND POLICY:
Refunds for classes will be made within 7 days of the first class of the session, less a $10 processing fee plus the drop-in fee for the classes you have taken. No refunds thereafter. Credit will not be carried forward to a future session.
MAKE UP POLICY:
All missed classes may be made up in a similarly priced class during the current session only. SPECIALTY CLASSES ARE MADE UP IN ANY CLASS RUNNING THAT SESSION. STANDARD CLASSES ARE MADE UP IN STANDARD CLASSES ONLY OR 2 MISSED STANDARD CLASSES MAY BE MADE UP IN 1 SPECIALTY CLASS DURING THE SAME SESSION - THIS IS ALLOWED ONLY ONCE PER SESSION. Make-up classes may be made in advance of an anticipated absence. Make ups may not be transferred to another student or carried forward to a future session.
CANCELLED CLASSES:
Classes cancelled by Yoga Legacy, LLC due to weather or other circumstances will be rescheduled & posted online. A session may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment; and refunds will be issued in this instance or payment may be transferred to another class offered. Any additional fees due for the new class must be paid in advance of beginning the new class.
SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTORS:
Instructor substitutions may be made at times without prior notice due to instructor illness or scheduling conflicts. |
